BudgetLab+
Terms of use
Effective October 21, 2026 · BudgetLab+ is made by Lab Architect.
By using BudgetLab+ (the apps and this website) you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
The service
BudgetLab+ helps you plan a monthly budget and track spending, alone or with one partner in a shared household. It’s a tool for organising your own numbers. It isn’t financial, tax, legal or investment advice, and it doesn’t move money.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us if you think someone else got in.
- You’re responsible for what happens under your account, and for whom you invite into your household: they will see and can change the shared budget.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings & household › Delete account).
Your content
What you enter stays yours. You let us store, sync and display it only to run BudgetLab+ for you and your household, as described in the privacy policy.
Fair use
Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to get into other people’s households or accounts, to overload or disrupt the service, to reverse-engineer it to harm it, or to use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
Purchases
Some features may need a one-time purchase in the app. Purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their terms, including their refund rules.
Availability and changes
We work to keep BudgetLab+ running and your data safe, but it’s provided “as is”, without warranties, and it may sometimes be unavailable. Check important figures against your bank. We may change or improve the service and these terms; if a change matters, we’ll say so in the app or on this page.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Lab Architect isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on your budget. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be limited.
